our ‘New and Improved’ Guest Rewards Program!

• If you provided us with a partial card number, then every dollar earns you a point automatically. (You’ll already have at least 40 points on your account for joining early, and also being part of the ‘carded’ Members). There’s various threshholds that earn you things. eg when you get to 100 Points, there’s a 20% discount on your next night out. 200 points gets you a free meal etc., once you reach the 200 points, it resets, and you can do it all again. This way, even if you dine alone, or just order takeouts, the rewards will come pretty regularly… nice! (ps we don’t mind at all if you pay for your friends and earn extra points!)
  

• Then there’s the ‘visit’ count… regardless of your points balance, every time you use you payment card, we add another visit to your total… and reward various ones as a surprise along the way with free stuff and discounts!

• If you elected not to join this part of the Guestlist, we can’t allocate any points or visit counts on your purchases sorry, there’s no ‘back door’ way of us doing that, all the information, partial as it is, is stored securely with EFTPlus who provide the service for us.

• As always, we’ll send you an invitation on your Birthday for a free meal. Again, this is assuming you gave us the information when you joined… Only you can access/alter your profile, which means we can’t transfer you over ourselves from the old system. (If you don’t want to tell us your complete birthday, that’s fine, just leave the year at 2012 (or be as young as you want to be among your AmiGos!) We just need the month, but can’t find a way to just ask for that in this system.
  

• Offers by SMS. While we don’t want to ‘invade’ your pocket too often, there are times when a TXT will come with a very limited offer. Things like maybe 50% off your takeouts as early bird specials in the Winter season. We’ll keep these deals pretty darn short but sweet, so you’ll hopefully not mind us letting you know in this manner. You can alter your profile at any time to remove/add permissions in the ways we contact you.

• Generally, once a reward threshhold is reached, you’ll be sent an email or TXT, letting you know. There’s not usually any time limit on rewards UNTIL YOU CLAIM THEM by following the provided link. Once claimed, you’ll usually have 7 days to use it.

•  Finally, because we’re just getting to grips with this ourselves, there’s probably going to be the odd gremlin alomg the way. (We’ve already had one with some web browsers, but that’s fixed!) If you have any questions, or technological problems… we’ll just deal with it old school AmiGos, by phone or in person! PLEASE let us know about anything that’s not working as expected, or for that matter anything that you think is pretty cool, we’re always stoked to hear from our Guestlist Members, after all without you mi amigo, there’s no AmiGos!
